Investors will get to vote on the proposition at an annual stockholders meeting on June 20, based on Facebook.

The move plans to enable Zuckerberg to stay in charge as he gives away the majority of his holdings to charity as he declared with his wife.

“The board’s proposal will enable Facebook to preserve and improve upon the construction that’s served investors well, while also empowering Mark to pursue his significant targets through the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative,” a Facebook statement said.

Sales the California-based social network took in from adversing soared 57 percent in the quarter.

“Facebook only keeps getting stronger and more powerful every quarter.

“Two years after Facebook rolled out premium advertisements in the news feed, we see advertisers going past the experiment phase and starting to craft marketing especially for Facebook — rather than just repurposing TV spots.”

The marketplace tracker predict that Facebook would get USD 10.2 billion in screen advertising sales in the United States this year to claim 31.2 percent of the cash spent.
