Now ‘Undo’ sent emails on Gmail ?

Technology giant Google will now help its users prevent misdirected or improper e-mails with the ‘Undo’ option which allows them to cancel delivery of an e-mail within 30 seconds of hitting the send button.

‘Undo Send’ enables individuals using Gmail to cancel a sent email should they have second thoughts instantly after sending,” Google said in a blogpost.

“Formerly a favorite feature in Gmail Labs, and lately added to Inbox by Gmail, we are including ‘Reverse Send’ as an official setting in Gmail online,” the firm said.

The brand new tool delays delivery of e-mails from five to 30 seconds following the send button is pressed to give an opportunity to quit an e-mail which was sent to users, it said.

The attribute may be empowered from the typical tab in Gmail settings and is turned off by default option for the majority of users, it included.

Gmail is one of the most famous email services with more than 900 million users worldwide.
