Guy Detained for Assaults on Google Headquarters
Authorities in Mountain View, California, say a guy concerned the search giant was tracking him has been detained in connection with numerous assaults on vehicles that are Google and the Google headquarters.
He was detained with stuff to make a pipe bomb in his vehicle, after a traffic stop, reports the San Jose Mercury News.
Authorities say Diaz “felt he was being watched by Google and that made him upset,” according to a sworn statement.
Authorities say the guy kept a diary when he believed he was being tracked suggesting. Court records offer no evidence the guy was really a goal of Google surveil—except for the surveillance camera footage that, authorities say, put his automobile at the scene of the offense.
