IT management presents challenges especially for smaller companies with limited staff and resources. Yet, few problems complicate matters more than keeping up with other devices around the company and managing computers and continuous technology changes.

Actually, the financial institution, which has about 200 workers, had reached a crossroads several years back.
The bank didn’t need to sink cash into a costly patch management option nor remote access software that required complicated and expensive licensing. “When we’d just several computers and users, these weren’t problems,” Gordon says. “But these alternatives didn’t scale nicely with a comparatively large number of users which are in need of upgrades, patches, software and troubleshooting.”
