Twitter embraces Facebook-design timeline that users do not need

Twitter is tweaking the manner that tweets appear in its users’ timelines in its latest effort to expand the appeal of its own messaging service.

The change declared moves to a formula that Facebook uses to determine the sequence of posts appearing in its users’ news feeds.

Instagram has more than 400 million users, which makes it bigger than Twitter although it’s four years younger.

Dorsey, who helped begin Twitter Inc. almost 10 years ago, is expecting the revised demonstration of tweets will show more participating to beginners without alienating the messaging service’s most dedicated users.

Dorsey is also expecting the firm can sell more advertisements so that it can start to earn money for the very first time in its history by making Twitter simpler and much more engaging to utilize.
