Ting Mobile is All Set To Provide GigaBit Internet in Virginia College Town
Charlottesville, Virginia is home to Blue Ridge Internet Works, as well as to the University of Virginia, an unaffiliated Internet supplier which has been working up the school town with gigabit Internet access to fiber. Ting, a business that we all know as a discount cellular carrier, announced it will purchase the little ISP to join the gigabit-capable broadband biz.
While many Americans expect the coming of Google Fiber to their city, their redemption may come from smaller firms like or Ting (perhaps) from municipal fiber networks.
The firm’s CEO, Eliot Noss, described in an interview with CNET that Ting is in a better position since Google already in the work of offering communications services to customers, to provide Internet service than it. Google has many companies, but its heart is a search firm.
Google is not understood for its leading customer service when it attempts selling services or products to consumers.
