A TERABYTE WEB EXPERTISE

As the Internet evolves and the world changes, so do we. That we going to a terabyte information strategy in our trial marketplaces and are making a major change to our Internet info trials.

A terabyte is a tremendous quantity of information. It’s much more than most of our customers will use in a month. More than 99 percent of our customers don’t come close to using a terabyte.

In our trials, we learned a lot, listened to feedback, and have experimented with different offers. That’s what we said we’d do when we started our trials four years past – examine and evaluate our clients’ reaction to the information strategies, including being open to raising them over time. We’ve learned that our customers do whatever they need online, or need the reassurance to stream, surf, game, download. So, we’ve created a brand new information strategy that’s not so low that most of our customers will never need to consider how much information they use.

We understand that information strategies can be confusing, and we need to keep this simple. So here’s what’s occurring:

All the information strategies in our trial marketplaces will move to a terabyte by June 1st, no matter the speed from a 300 gigabyte information strategy.

We’ll continue to supply an information use meter for all our customers with simple accessibility.

We’ve consistently said that we’d listen to our customers, continue to evolve our offers, and look attentively at the comments from our trials. We’re now assessing our plans to roll out this in other marketplaces, we’ll keep listening – and we’ll be open to making changes that are additional later on to deliver the finest high speed data service to our customers.
