Yet the Chinese authorities had made a decision to block the Korean website hosting the narrative.

So Fang did what everyone in China does when they’re faced by censorship that is stupid, he got the website through a VPN. He did this in front of each of the lecture attendees. Using VPNs in China is not unusual but frowned upon and needless to say Fang’s crowd wasn’t impressed.
