The Skype team of Microsoft is apparently working on a fresh Dallier program for Android which is being constructed specially for India.

The new Dallier is consistent with all the firm’s statement of the beginning of closed beta testing for its Indian model of Skype.

With this particular program, Microsoft is aiming at marketplaces facing slow Internet problems. So, it isn’t astonishing that India has been selected by the firm for testing the program.

The organization also intends next year to release a Windows Phone program.

For the time being, it’s still not clear if the Dallier program will support video calling ability. The program will work on additionally slower 2G network and 3G.
