China Appears to Ramp Up Net Increase, and Its Own Controls
China’s government has emphasized big data, encryption technology and “core technologies” such as semiconductors as the essential components of its own drive to grow into a tech power station, based on another five-year plan released Saturday that envisages the Internet as a primary source of increase including a possible threat.
China’s development strategy calls to get a better cybersecurity acceptance system and more “exact” Web direction to “clean up illegal and bad advice.”
