Amazon Web Services to train 25,000 individuals on cloud technologies

As it lookouts for newer customers in the state after creating the necessary infrastructure, cloud services supplier Amazon Web Services (AWS) is also looking at training more individuals on using cloud and AWS platform. The firm has declared to invent a venture with state-owned National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) to train 25,000 individuals over two years.

CEO of AWS Andy Jassy, who met IT and Communications Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad here on Wednesday, said the firm has established its first infrastructure area in India where it’s multiple availability zones and multiple data centres. After the launching, its present customers who can ride some of their programs on AWS will get a chance to run the remainder of them. Additionally several other companies who couldn’t run their programs due to lack of its infrastructure existence on AWS, would have the capacity to do.

“We couldn’t be more excited with what we’re doing in India. Our CEO and founder Jeff Bezos had conveyed they we’re investing $5 billion in India across ecommerce company in addition to AWS company.

“We’re not here in India for a year or two, we’re developing a long term company that can continue over time,” he added.

The CEO of AWS is additionally committed to help in training individuals to be conversant in cloud technologies, and said the firm is actually committed to associate with customers, businesses and public sector services.
