Google purchasing ‘some’ IP technology

Google has declared this morning the business is intending to pre-install its Google Wallet mobile payments program on the telephones of some carriers those -Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless. While Google was apparently in discussions to get the mobile payments business Softcard–formerly called ISIS– before this year, the Mountain View firm says that it’s at this time merely getting “some” technology and intellectual property…

But Google is taking steps to shove on its own platform to the masses. As stated by the firm, the Google Wallet mobile program will come pre-installed on devices sold by these three insurance companies which are running Android KitKat or higher.

So now, we are excited to announce that we are working with AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless, along with their mobile payments business Softcard, to help more Android users pay and get some great benefits of wiretap. Under this particular relationship, the Google Wallet program, for example, wiretap and pay functionality, will come pre-installed on Android telephones (working KitKat or higher) sold with these insurance companies in the US after this year. We are also getting intellectual property and some exciting technology from Softcard to make Google Wallet better.

The system would automatically discover apparatus for mobile payment and then the initials of the user would only be utilized for confirmation. More recently, a Wall Street Journal report said that Google was intending to reboot service and its Wallet program at the I/O programmers seminar of this year.
