A huge public spying network has just now started in newyork
As he expects it to create $500 million in marketing sales Mayor de Blasio has so far just talked about this as a blessing for the city but, obviously, personalized advertisements need serious levels of information.

The scheme needed to abandon portion of its own marketing attempt that is projected after a Buzzfeed investigation found that it planned on installing Bluetooth apparatus that will function advertisements directly to people’s cellphones as they walked by.
A similar effort to try to do this in London, via smartphone monitoring Bluetooth bins, was stopped after privacy campaigners raised concerns.
De Blasio has boasted about how safe the network is going to be, in addition to setting strategies in place in order for it to make do if there were a terror or hack strike, but none of this touched on the information kept for marketing goals.
Let us not also forget that the world’s largest advertising network, Google, is among the businesses that is invested in the LinkNYC via its Sidewalk Labs job.
