Has Facebook changed its logo?
Facebook changes logo for the very first time since 2005.
Based on thenextweb.com, the upgrade is just a refresh of the organization ‘s wordmark, that is the text-only version of its own symbol used for identifying its brand.
Facebook’s creative director, Josh Higgins, stated the firm settled on an upgrade rather than a complete redesign and set out to modernize the symbol to allow it to be feel more friendly and approachable.
Facebook requested the designer of Klavika, Eric Olson, the font used for the first wordmark, to design a brand new typeface.
