India sews up cyber security treaties with three states
Closer co-operation will be promoted by the arrangements associated with cyber security for exchange of wisdom and expertise in avoidance, resolution and detection of security related events between India as well as the individual state, the cabinet statement said.
The CERT-In and its Malaysian counterpart signed an agreement to Malaysia, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 23, 2015.
The deal between CERT-In and Japan Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center was signed on December 7 through exchange and diplomatic exchange of the signed agreements between both parties finished by December 22, 2015.
Cyber security will affect India significantly in the long run and is a booming marketplace all over the world. Before this year, there were reports of Israel, the leader in that sector, attempting to tap into that chance. Business Standard reported that organizations for example CyberSpark from Israel have began holding preliminary discussions with Indian companies including Tata and Reliance groups, schooling institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, IIT-Mumbai and startup incubators to begin cooperation between both nations.
