More about Dark Web
The Dark Web is I2P, which stands for Invisible Internet Project, or a layer of the Internet reachable only by using specific software like Tor, which stands for The Onion Router. Data and websites on the Dark Web are deliberately concealed and can’t be obtained using conventional search engines such as Google.
Other levels of the Internet are the Deep Web as well as the Surface Web, based on a Congressional Research Service report. The Surface Web is what most Internet users are conversant with and refers to data and sites by using conventional search engines located. Because its content isn’t indexed by Google, Bing, etc. the Deep Web is unable to be obtained by conventional search engines
